He is remembered for the detailed design and application of his woodwork. Rudy and Helen loved planting and tending their organic garden. He also enjoyed building the structures and preparing them for his wife. Rudy loved to spend time with his family.

Planning summer camping trips, family bike rides with the final destination always being Dairy Queen and weekend excursions to local historic monuments, museums and zoos were part of our family time together. Our Lord bestowed on Rudy the artistic gift to play the guitar beautifully and to draw.
